It is an essential part of your booking to complete all of the below forms within 14 days of payment of your non-refundable booking deposit. Failure to complete these forms on time could result in cancellation of your booking.

part two

Bridal Preview Preferences - BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR FORM PLEASE READ the below information.

Bridal previews are held at my home studio in Devon and booked under the following conditions:

  • Scheduled Monday to Friday, between September - April (excluding 23rd - 27th December).

  • SOLO Service Time Slots - 8am, 10:30am OR 2pm. You must allow 1.5 hours for a makeup only or hair only booking.

  • DUAL Service Time Slots - 8:30AM or 1pm. You must allow 3 hours for a makeup only or hair only booking.

  • Saturday appointments are extremely limited but available on request.

  • Time permitting, should your Bridal Preview exceed the allocated timings by more than 30 minutes an additional payment of £50 per hour will be invoiced once the service has been completed.

  • Previews are available for anyone obtaining a service on the wedding day and charged at £70 per person, per service. Previews are recommended, to avoid delays, if you suspect there may be a challenge in conducting the service for a particular person on the wedding day.

Choosing multiple days and times will give us much more flexibility when trying to schedule your preview. Once I have received your preference form I will get in touch with a list of options for your booking. All preview dates will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.

part Three

Wedding Day Information

I advise completing the below forms 4 months in advance of your wedding day. Sometimes completing them too early means the finer details haven’t been organised and things can change or get forgotten.

BOOKED SERVICES INFORMATION FORM - To ensure you are covered and I am compliant with the requirements of my insurance provider, you are required to submit any information related to allergies. It also ensures I have the correct products with me on the day and can make alternative arrangements in advance for specific needs. Please ensure any inspiration images are realistic and align with the amount of makeup they normally wear for an occasion or event and/or the texture, length and thickness of their natural hair to ensure the look is achievable on the wedding day.

Some of these services may not be relevant if you have not booked that particular wedding day service.

This form has been designed for the average Bridal Party size. You may find you need to submit twice if you have a Bridal Party size that exceeds the forms capacity.

part four

Bridal Preview Information

The two forms below should only be completed up to 6 weeks in advance of your scheduled Bridal Preview. Before getting started on completing your forms, take a moment to read and digest the information provided on the ‘My Style’ page, this should really help you when prepping your answers.

Some of my recent work…

Please ensure you take your time when completing your Bridal Consultation Form as it will really help me get to know you and your routines. From this form I will start to get a better understanding of what products we may need to use on your wedding morning to help you achieve a perfect look that will last all day!

Anything marked with an * forms part of a necessary check inline with my insurance provider. Some of these questions may not be relevant to you if you have not booked that particular wedding day service with myself. If this is the case please select the option ‘NA - Service Not Booked’. You will not be able to submit your form until this has been completed.

In the unfortunate event the form is not completed correctly, it will be necessary to re-submit the form in full.

Don’t overthink this process. Your wedding look should embody who you are, and not change anything about the way you look. We are simply enhancing it! Remember this is solely inspiration, not copy & paste.

Try and give as much detail as possible when describing the makeup and/or hair look you want to pull inspiration from. Use the images you have uploaded and things you do normally to tell me what you like about the styles. If there is anything you strongly dislike now is the time to highlight this.

MAKEUP
In the section labelled ‘Makeup’, have a think about including things such as:

the intensity of colours [e.g. are the colours deep, bold, or soft washes]

the tone of colours [e.g. do you prefer warm or cool undertones for eyeshadows, cheeks, lips]

the texture of shadows [e.g. do you want a touch of glitter, or keep it all to powders for a more matte look, or maybe even gels to create a glossy finish]

the coverage on the skin [e.g. light - so that you can see some of your skin through the foundation, full - so you can't see any of your skin through the foundation]

the finish of the foundation [e.g. dewy - healthy looking skin that has a glow on the highest points, matte - flawless skin that avoids any glow, so has a flatter finish]

HAIR
In the section labelled ‘Hair’, have a think about including things such as:

the texture of hair [e.g. is the hair smooth, wavy, curly, coily]
the height of volume [e.g. if the hair is down, is there a subtle root lift or hair up, is there lots of face framing? Do you want enough height on the back of the head so that you can see it from the front for example]
the style of the curls [e.g. are you looking for beach waves, loose/soft waves, structured waves, ringlet curls]
the style of the overall look [e.g. if you had to describe the hairstyle in one word would is be Boho - loose/tousled/messy or Chic - sleek/tapered/smooth for example]

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING AND TRUSTING ME!

I really appreciate every Bride who books with me and my team for such a precious service on their big day.

I always aim to exceeded your expectations as a Wedding Makeup & Hair supplier, learning and growing from every interaction. Future Brides searching for their wedding day suppliers will look through social media to check my style matches their vibe and read reviews online to see what others thought about the service they received. Once we’ve said our final goodbyes on your wedding morning, if you loved everything about your journey with me, I would really appreciate it if you could take a little time to leave me a review.

I gain the majority of my enquiries through Hitched and Google searches, so if you’d be happy to leave a few words on each site, i’d be eternally greatful. I don’t want to take up too much of your time so you don't need to write two separate reviews, make it easy for yourself and just copy & past the same one onto each site.
