Consent for the collection and use of professional photographs and recorded images

[OPTION A] I consent to the artist from Lucille & Co to connect with my professional photographer and videographer to collect images/recorded images from my wedding gallery after the event.
I consent irrevocably and without geographical or temporal restriction that Lucille & Co may use, and in particular duplicate, distribute and make available to the public the material created in full or in part, processed, or non-processed, for the purposes of Public Relations, marketing and advertising. This declaration of consent and the granting of rights of use covers all forms of use in which the material is to be published, in particular company publications (including. website, reports, flyers, advertisements, digital media, dialogue media), all online media, such as the Internet (websites, banners, newsletters, PR blogs / forums, social media platforms), TV and film, presentations at events and trade fairs, uses at points of sale / customer centers irrespective of the technology used. I consent to the use of my name in connection with the photographs and image recordings.

[OPTION B] I do not consent to the artist from Lucille & Co to connect with my professional photographer and videographer to collect images/recorded images from my wedding gallery after the event.

Consent for the use of photographs and recorded images by employees of Lucille & Co

[OPTION A] I consent to photographs and/or image recordings to be taken by OR of me during the course of my wedding day by my Lucille & Co artist.
I consent irrevocably and without geographical or temporal restriction that Lucille & Co may use, and in particular duplicate, distribute and make available to the public the material created in full or in part, processed, or non-processed, for the purposes of Public Relations, marketing and advertising. I agree that any photographs and/or recorded images published on my personal social media accounts to include: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter will be tagged with my wedding makeup and/or hair supplier,
