I’m picky, not just anyone can join the Lucille & Co team. I need to know I can rely on all of the stylists and artists and that you have as much passion for the Wedding industry as I do. Every person who joins the team, regardless of their experience, goes through an intense course with me so that I can make sure you are serious about the services that you will provide to our Brides.

To become a member of the Lucille & Co, you will first be invited to perform a trade test. Here Harriet will assess your current skill ability and also gain valuable information on where you want to take your career. Upon successful completion of your trade test, dependant on your experience and desired role within the team, you have the opportunity to attend the ‘Lucille & Co 5 Day Training Course’. From here you will either be required to assist Harriet or a senior member of the team at a minimum of 3 bookings, where you will be there to watch how an appointment normally runs or if we think you’re ready you will be asked to provide services straight away to our clients.
