Hey, I’m Harriet!

I am the founder of ‘Lucille & Co’, a team of professional Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists and Beauticians that offer luxury bridal services worldwide. I started this journey alone under the business name ‘Harriet Lucille’ and now I have a team of highly skilled professionals who work alongside me.

This journey started with a simple ‘yes’ that could quite easily have been a ‘no’!

I will never forget my first bridal party back in 2014… I had been working for the cosmetics brand MAC for a year and was asked if I was able to provide the wedding day makeup for a customer who I had been serving on counter. I’d never done a brides makeup on the morning of their wedding before, but in the moment, without hesitation I said YES and have never looked back. I began to build my wedding clientele, so much so that I am fortunate enough to be able to say this is my full time job. After a couple of years, I was getting soo many enquiries, that in order to work with every bride who contacted me, I needed an assistant. But after a short while, even that wasn’t enough so I knew I had to take the plunge and set up a team.

Not just anyone can join the Lucille & Co team. I needed to know I could rely on the artists and that they would have as much passion for the Wedding industry as I do. Every person who joins the team, regardless of their experience, goes through an intense 5 day course with me so that I can make sure they are serious about the work that they will provide. I feel honoured to have what I consider the most talented, genuine, caring, fun and enthusiastic team members who are all based in different cities across the UK.

 All of our team thrive on a wedding morning but most importantly have their own individual talents and that is what makes us all who we are. Our work can be seen across a broad platform, from magazines to TV and eCommerce to Fashion Week.
